We are committed to providing high quality healthcare services and achieving optimum customer satisfaction by adhering to our principles and through constant assessment and improvement of our business processes.

Fulfillment of our objectives will be met through maintenance of a comprehensive Quality Management System and adherence ISO 9001:2015, the National Safety and Quality in Healthcare Standards and other relevant industry standards.

To ensure that the policy is successfully implemented, staff are responsible for identifying  customer requirements and ensuring that correct procedures are followed. The Quality Policy principles are objectives are available to all staff.

We recognise that our people are vital to meeting the hospital’s objectives and shall ensure that ongoing training and development is provided so that staff are able to perform their duties effectively. We are committed to continually monitoring the environment in which we operate including the needs of customers and other interested parties, sociological and economic factors.

Key performance indicators include –

Twice yearly participation in benchmarking programs monitoring clinical indicators with The Australian Council of Healthcare Standards.

Yearly participation in Clinical Indicator Programs.

A comprehensive program of clinical review of patient care within all specialties of medicine and surgery.

Yearly assessment against the requirements of the ISO and National Healthcare Standards.

Yearly evaluation of the Quality Management System to be provided to the Executive Team.
