What you will need to bring to your appointment


You will need a valid referral dated prior to, or on the day of your consultation from your medical practitioner or specialist. Without a referral Medicare will not rebate the full amount.


Medicare, Health Fund, Veteran Affairs, Pension, Health Care Card.


We accept all forms of payment including cash, cheques and EFTPOS. Please bring payment at the time of your appointment. Payments will vary based on specialist and appointment type.


A full list of all medications, vitamins and supplements as well as a list of any eye drops you are currently using.

What will happen at your appointment

On Arrival

Reception staff will collect your completed patient information and consent forms and register you as a patient. We also welcome these completed forms faxed or electronically forwarded back prior to your appointment.

You may first be seen by one of our Neurosurgical Registrars or Fellows after which the doctor will perform any further assessments required and discuss your condition and treatment options.

On Departure

Reception staff will then create the account for your consult and any testing performed. Upon payment reception can electronically lodge the account/receipt with Medicare if you wish. Any review appointments that need to be made will be booked for you before you leave.
