Macquarie University announces leadership team to manage hospital:

Those appointed to manage the Hospital have been hand-picked for their expertise and reputations in the health care sector, and collectively bring decades of experience spanning hospital administration and management, clinical care, and medical education and training.

Welcome Dr Behzad Eftekhar, Dr Koustasis and Dr Gragnaniello:

Dr Behzad Eftekhar has just started his Master of Advanced Surgery (cerebrovascular) at Macquarie.

Dr Eftekhar, who studied medicine in Iran, was previously at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital. He will spend a year at Macquarie and is looking forward to working in the new hospital.

Dr Koustais and Dr Gragnaniello chose Macquarie because of the unique opportunities in cerebrovascular neurosurgery.
